Rossella is a Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of senior delivery experience in the UK built environment. She combines Italian energy engineering training with UK specialisation in HVAC and coordinated MEP delivery.

Her background spans residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use developments across a wide range of scales — from small residential schemes to high-rise residential, complex refurbishments, net-zero schemes and large masterplans.

Rossella works with project teams across all delivery stages, providing senior-level technical leadership and full ownership of mechanical and MEP packages - either as lead consultant or as embedded senior support during high-workload or high-risk phases.
